Do you prefer going to prom with a
date or as a group?
| The old prom tradition is to have the guy ask
a girl to prom. In recent years, this has changed
somewhat, so that now sometimes a girl will ask
the guy out. (Two years in a row, prom magazines
have talked about this issue.) And even more
recently, at some high schools, the boys and
girls go as a group, instead of with dates.
