Heidi Klum with Heavy Eye Makeup for Very Dramatic Night Look

Dramatic dark eye makeup does look sexy but it can be tricky to apply. How do you avoid "racoon eyes"?

This photo of Heidi Klum with sultry black eyes in the look of bold night glamour shows you very dark mascara--jet black--dominating her upper lashes.

Her eyes have black eyeliner, of course, but there's very little additional makeup below her lower eyelid. That's the trick. It's a slightly smoky look but that's all.

Obviously with such a strong eye, Heidi had a neutral lip color with just a little gloss. Once again a matte eye with a glossy lip looks great.
