Claudia Jordan is wearing lots of dark eyemakeup, shimmery shadow, and thick matte peach lipstick.

It's a pretty lipcolor, but a slightly darker peach color would be better as a lipliner. As you can see in the above photo, her lower lip has too much definition; the color shows too much contrast with peach.

Claudia, nevertheless, looks very posh and polished. You have to love the blush application; it's the perfect weight, color, coverage, and it's in the best position.
